About a week ago, I spoke with a representative named Lisa, and she was absolutely amazing. She was so sweet, patient, and helpful throughout the entire call. We were on the phone for about 30 minutes while she walked me through how to properly arm and disarm my alarm system.
I explained to her that I have a dog, and whenever I used “Arm Away,” my dog moving around would sometimes trigger the alarm. Lisa explained that using “Arm Stay” would work much better for my situation. Ever since following her advice, my alarm hasn’t gone off unnecessarily at all!
She took her time to make sure I understood everything and never made me feel rushed. I’m so happy I got the chance to speak with her that day. Excellent customer service like hers deserves recognition!

John Fay came out for a long range radio battery replacement, he was very courteous.

Nathan was great helping me choose the coverage I need in order to feel secure in my new home. Rudy did a great job of installation, helping me understand the system so that I could make decisions to customize the features to my needs. He payed attention to aesthetics as well. I signed up with Frase And then Guardian bought them. When I finally reached out To them to fix some issues, they have been completely responsive and John their technician has been amazing! He stayed from 8 AM until past 6 pm putting up my cameras and fixing my alarm system And was genuinely helpful, kind, and patient the entire time! In the same age where Customer Service tends to be so poor he was Absolutely phenomenal!!

Oh my God Guardian has the nicest employees working for their company. They are very informative. They take their time to let you understand their equipment. They’re not out trying to make a sale or just beat you out of money. They really want to help and that makes a difference when you’re dealing with a company Tim came out today and I feel 100% satisfied with the work that he did for me. During the installation of our home security system, Tim K, the installer, went above and beyond to ensure everything was completed perfectly. He arrived at the scheduled time, explained each step in the process . Equipment was set up efficiently. Tim K provided a thorough walk-through of the systems features. Tim K was very professional and that made for a smooth and efficient installation.

I had my alarm system put today. The technician Griff was AWESOME. He took his time walking me through using the alarm panel and the mobile app.
